Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you sign up for a paid plan, you are granted a 7-day free trial. Your card will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time during the trial to avoid any charges.

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account settings page. Upon cancellation, your account will remain on the paid tier (Pro or Team) until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

We offer refunds within 14 days of your first payment or any subscription renewal under the following conditions:

·You have not rendered more than 5 videos to the cloud during the billing cycle.

·You have not used more than 10 AI scene generations during the billing cycle.

Refunds are not granted if these thresholds are exceeded or if requested after 14 days.

To request a refund, please send an email to support at inetcode00@gmail.com with your account email and purchase details. We review and process eligible refund requests within 72 hours.

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method. It may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your card statement, depending on your bank.
